It is worth remembering that these timepieces contain more than 100 moving parts, some of which are subject to extremely high pressures. Therefore, to keep your watch running at its optimum level of performance, regular servicing is necessary.
We suggest a service should be carried out every 3 to 5 years and repairs carried out as and when necessary. If you have owned a watch for a while and are conscious that it hasn’t been serviced recently, we suggest you arrange to have one carried out soon.
We can usually carry out the majority of watch services in-house although, sometimes, we may have to send your watch away to the original manufacturer for its service. Either way we will provide you with an accurate and competitive quote before doing so.
Should any repairs need to be carried out, we will obtain a competitive quote for you and you can rest assured that no work will be carried out until you have given us the authority to do so.
